The Short Of It:

- ADA CAD are migrating all active Subscription plans to 360-Plans.
- You won't lose any of the services you paid for when you bought Subscription with us.
- You WILL gain a load of new services.
- You will be issued with a 360-Plan ID that you'll be required to quote when you use any of the Plan services. This Plan ID covers any software you purchased Subscription on.
- Autodesk Vault is not covered on a regular 360-Plan. Vault is covered exclusively on our Manage-Plan.

The Long Of It:

The 360-Plans cover all Autodesk software that you have purchased a plan ("subscription") on - except Vault - and entitles you to:
- ADA Application Support
- ADA Online
- ADA Skill Builder Seminars
- Autodesk's Subscription Program, and
- Membership Pricing.

Autodesk Vault is not covered in an ADA 360-Plan. Vault is covered in an additional plan, called the "ADA Manage-Plan".

360-IDs

Once you're a 360-Plan member, your company will receive a unique, 4-digit ID. This ID needs to be quoted every time you use one of your 360-Plan services.
With this ID, we will be able to tell which software you have on 360-Plan with us (including Manage-Plans, i.e. Vault).
We encourage Plan members to let each user who may need to use our services know this ID, so they can quote it when they call or email us.

When Will I Be Issued My ID?

Your Plan Coordinator (formerly Autodesk Subscription Contract Coordinator) will be sent an email over the coming months, as we migrate subscriptions to 360-Plans. Please be patient.

How Do I Log into the ADA CADPartners Website to use the ADA-Online Services?

If you already have a log in, enter your user name and password, and log in.
If you have an account and have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" on the left, or support©adacad.com and request your password to be reset.
If you haven't signed up before, click "Sign Up" on the left menu, and follow the prompts.
